AMAMA started after 1/3rd of life went ogling at jewelry wherever the eyes could travel. Amama means Amma in telugu which is how I address my grandmother who currently is in her 80s.
This brand, this project, all the designs are inspired by amma from whom I Inherited a lot of silver jewelry which are now priceless. Amama is curating best of jewelry from every part of the world and trying to invoke every feeling that comes when you see or hear about jewelry.
Every woman is very close to the jewelry they own, and even more to the ones that are inherited. We are trying to sell jewelry which also tells a story and becomes a good pass on gift.
