Return Policy

Before you return a BUNOSILO product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handmade by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, at BUNOSILO we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 10 hrs after placing the order and Refund will be processed through same online mode within 7 working days. Please email us on admin@bunosilo.com.

You can return or exchange an item 7 days of receipt. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

Exchange will be done only in the following cases:
  • Genuine sizing issues from the order, only for unused garments. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. However, please note that a tolerance of is acceptable as all garments are hand-stitched.
  • Genuine quality issues of the product. By genuine we mean bad workmanship or defective materials only.
  • In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.
     
No exchange or refund will be given in the following reasons
  • Due to minor design variations with hand loom products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Color variations from what u see on the computer and actual product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
     
Refunds will be done only in the following cases:
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.
     
No refunds/ exchanges will be given in the following cases:
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
     

Note: exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

Return Policy Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
  • Returns, if any, need to be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • If you wish to exchange or return an order please email us at admin@bunosilo.com
  • BUNOSILO will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a credit note for the cost of the goods.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping¬†costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
     

Exchange Policy Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at admin@bunisilo.com
  • Items to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • BUNOSILO will replace the items free of cost or issue a credit note if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong color, size, or customization). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
  • the value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
