Before you return a Bunosilo product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Let’s not think of a difference in color, irregular weave, or print or a stitch as a defect. Handmade by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it causes to uniformity.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to help you.Please read below our return and exchange policies-
- Products that are eligible for Return can be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise and in following conditions.
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- We can exchange goods delivered internationally, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates.
Eligible products for Return - Not all products are eligible for returns and exchange. It can only be done in the following cases.
- Size deviation from the order, only for unused garments. Please review our size guide carefully before selecting your size.
- Genuine quality issues of the product. By genuine we mean bad workmanship or defective materials only.
- In case the product shipped is not as per order
No exchange or refund will be given in the following cases-
- Products under Accessories and house and home category. Unless products are received in a damaged condition and timely notified.
- Due to minor design variation with handloom and handcrafted products there will always be some variation between products.
- Color variation from what you see on the computer and actual product. We have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible. However, as screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Refunds will be done only in the following cases:-
- Packages lost in transit.
- In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.
No refunds/exchanges will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment. Except if the package has been lost in transit.
Damaged Products - In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, you should e-mail us a photo of the damaged product. This should be done within 24hrs of receiving your order. Bunosilo.com team must receive an email at email@example.com approve your return request. Once you request is received and approved. Please slip the product back to the following address: -

- Please note in case of regular exchange, shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
- Products that may have been damaged or defective or may have been sent by error will be fully refunded.
